Uploading a Project Photo in Media Section

I have tried to bring over a project photo in the Media Section for two weeks now.  A "Save" button appears on bottom of page below the "Tags" area.  When I click on "Save", it brings me back to my full description - not going any further.

I have written to ATG Support about 4 times and was told twice to read the Blog giving the instructions on how to maneuver this.  Another time, a rep said she would check into it and get back with me.  That didn't happen.  Ironically, one of my projects happens to appear on this Blog; therefore indicating that I have posted previously without any problem(s).

Could someone help?  I have checked and rechecked my end and am at a loss.  Thank you.

    Joan/NJ

Hi Joan-I tried it and had the same thing happen!  I checked the file size, and it was only 65.2 KB.

    Hi, Joan,

Sorry about all this. Our Support team asked me about this before I went on holiday, and I asked them for more information from you so that we could replicate the error and then fix it, but unfortunately I didn't get your response before I left on holiday for a week. I will look into this right away and make sure it gets fixed.

    Joan,

I think I may have found the problem. Can you please try again now and let me know if it works?

    Hi Greg,

I did not receive a request for more information; I would have gladly explained further if need be.

But, anywho, whatever you did, it finally came through.  I guess it is okay to assume it was not on my end???  Hopefully, because I tried looking in every crevice of this computer.

Thank you Greg very much for your assistance.  Once again, hope your Holiday was fantastic.

Glad you got it resolved, Joan. Support and I must have gotten our signals crossed. As it turned out, the gallery was at its limit, so I just increased the storage size.
