I have read all the other tips and am doing what the support at ATG say but when it downloads the design does not come down just the notepad with a lot of numbers and letters. It is odd and am feeling frustrated as have spent 2 days trying to work out prob. Help please. I have XP and used to down load from ATG and never had any problems so don't know what it could be. thanks for any help I would appreciated it. I am supposed to be doing some Australian animals for a friend to make pot holdersfor gifts when she goes to Europe for a Holiday. Thanks Robyn

Hello,

Please try the following steps:

1.  Click the free design you want to download

2.  Click on the 'here' link - click here to download your free design

3.  Right click on the 'here' link and choose 'open in new window' - click here to download the design...

4. Save the zip file to your computer (if the extension doesnt say zip change it to say zip )

5. Extract the PES file to a folder after downloading

I followed the steps given by the ATG support and still cannot download designs.  The only thing I download is a html file called download.  I used to be able to send it directly to Catalog Xpress but can't do that either.  I love your patterns but am very frustrated trying to download them.
