What browser are you using and what is the version? To find this in your internet browser go to 'help' and 'about'. Also, are you trying to download free designs or a recent order?
When this error message does appear I recommend you close the web browser window and go back to www.annthegran.com and try to download again.
If after trying this the error persists please e-mail this information to support@annthegran.com.
