Our system has changed a little for Ann's Club members. You will now see a link appear automatically in the Club Membership section of your Account Menu when you log in:

Simply click the link provided and you will be taken to a page from which you can download your goodies.
If you are a Club member and you did not receive your goodies from a previous month, please check your e-mail (including your Spam or Junk Mail folders). If you don't have an e-mail containing a link for that particular month, please contact our Support Team.
If this does not resolve your issue, please feel free to send us an e-mail at support@annthegran.com. Our email support hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time, and Saturdays 10am - 6pm.
