    Hello Maria.

I am very sorry to hear of your stroke.  I do hope that each day, you are feeling better.

You can retrieve your previous purchased designs:

Go to Top of Page and Click on your account information

Once you have gotten into your Order History page, you will note that on the left-hand side of the page, there is a list of items.

    Go to Download

In this the Download section, you will find the designs you have purchased.  If you purchased a lot, it will take some time to bring over to your computer  : )    But, click on each design and download to your computer as you did in the past when purchasing the design.

I do hope that you have some type of anti-virus software installed into your computer; Norton, etc.   Also, a backup system should be in place for your designs.  Whether you bring them over on a disk, CD or an USB Flash Drive in order to protect them.  Especially when embroidery design libraries grow!!

Much luck in the recuperation process of both your health and your designs.

    Joan/NJ

Maria-I hope you are stronger each day.  We learn to appreciate our health when we have some limitations.

Joan is right, you can get your designs back.  Remember to back up all your important items to a CD or Jump Drive (aka Thumb Drive) for best results.

I have recently been reading up on Norton and McAfee and the consensus is that McAfee is considered by the industry to be head and shoulders above Norton in finding and getting rid of those mischievious virus.  I was a Norton user for years, but have recently switched to McAfee because of info I got from a very reliable source.

I am a survivor from 2 consecutive crashes (within 48 hours of each other), on two different machines.
