You'll find ways to repurpose sweatshirts you're no longer wearing. Mary will also share a sampling of sewing projects beyond sweatshirts.
Dress Your DREAM Bed - Rita Farro

Rita is an avid collector of vintage bed linens, and she learned some surprising things when she wrote the book, Dress Your Dream Bed. In the old days, they went way beyond monograms to embroider on bedding -- but how can you embroider new sheets and hide the stabilizer? Do you really know what to look for when shopping for new sheets? It's NOT all about thread count. Rita will show you two vintage bed linen ideas that look awesome on today's beds - a flat shams and a quilt cuff. You'll get instructions for both, and learn how to use embroidery to personalize your bed linens and create one-of-a-kind gifts. We spend 1/3 of our lives in bed, so using machine embroidery to dress a beautiful bed is the perfect way to send a message of love.
